Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced and proactive CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing international clients and export market communication. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.

This role requires regular interaction with international customers through emails, calls, and virtual meetings, along with coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end communication with international clients
  • Handle daily email correspondence, calls, and virtual meetings professionally
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive client engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for smooth execution
  • Maintain client records, communication logs, and reports
  • Understand export market requirements and client expectations
  • Resolve client queries and ensure high service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / International Client Handling
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Strong proactive communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with international clients and export markets
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
