Job Description: Pearl Concept Habitat LLP is seeking a detail-oriented CRM professional for our project Pearl Grace in Kurla East. The ideal candidate will manage all post-sales activities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales Management: Execute booking forms, track allotments, and manage the registration process.
- Financial Coordination: Generate demand letters, track receivables, and assist customers with home loan documentation/bank disbursements.
- Client Relationship: Proactively update customers on the construction progress of Pearl Grace and handle grievances professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and MahaRERA guidelines.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with the site engineering and sales teams to facilitate smooth customer site visits.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Builder/Developer CRM role.
- Technical: Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Real Estate CRM ERPs.
- Soft Skills: High patience levels, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations during the registration/possession phase.
- Language: An ideal candidate would have a strong command over Hindi and Marathi.
