Role summary
- Manage and optimize the company’s CRM platform to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Use customer data and analytics to support targeted campaigns, personalised communication, and management reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data hygiene.
- Segment databases and prepare targeted lists for campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app, outbound calls, etc.).
- Coordinate, set up, and execute CRM campaigns (newsletters, promotions, loyalty/retention offers) and track performance.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports on leads, pipeline, conversion, customer behaviour, and campaign ROI for management.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback through CRM and support teams with follow‑ups and service recovery actions.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, call centre, and IT to improve customer journeys and system usage.
- Support user training, basic troubleshooting, and adoption of CRM processes and best practices across the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE data privacy requirements when handling customer information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, digital marketing, or sales coordination; experience in UAE/GCC is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with good command of Excel and reporting.
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and loyalty concepts, ideally in retail, real estate, e‑commerce, or services.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage in the UAE market.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Preferred skills (optional)
- Experience with marketing automation, journey builders, or campaign management tools.
- Basic knowledge of API integrations or coordination with IT for CRM–website/app integrations.
- Experience in UAE sectors such as real estate, retail, hospitality, or financial services is a plus.
