About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive CRM – Field Sales Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and expand sales in the automotive spare parts industry. This role involves regular client interaction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with retailers and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and workshops.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable spare parts solutions.
  • Manage order processing and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and maintain accurate sales records.

Must-Have Skills & Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in field sales (HCV, LCV, or 4-wheeler spare parts).
  • Client Handling: Experience working with retailers, workshops, or distributors.
  • Core Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Personal Traits: Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to frequent travel.
  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
