About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CRM - Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with retailers and workshops, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in the automotive spare parts sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers and workshops.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
  • Assist with order placement and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve client queries efficiently and maintain accurate sales records.

Must-Have Skills & Profile

  • Minimum 1+ year of field sales experience in HCV, LCV, or 4-wheeler spare parts.
  • Experience working with retailers, workshops, or distributors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
