We are hiring the person who connects all of it.
This role owns the system that turns demand into revenue.
It requires someone who understands automation, creative, paid social, content, reporting, and AI, and knows how to make them work together.

The Mission
Demand is building.
Now we scale conversion, efficiency, and intelligence.
You will architect and optimize the engine that drives growth across:
· HubSpot & lifecycle automation
· Email & nurture strategy
· Creative performance
· Paid social integration
· Funnel analytics
· Revenue reporting
You will make the system smarter every quarter.
What You Will Own
· Growth Engine Architecture
· Own HubSpot end-to-end (structure, workflows, reporting)
· Design lifecycle strategy and lead scoring
· Build automation that improves velocity
· Eliminate funnel leakage
· Email & Conversion Strategy
· Develop multi-touch nurture program
· Write high-performing email and landing page copy
· Run A/B testing
· Optimize engagement and pipeline impact
· Creative Management
· Translate campaign strategy into creative direction
· Partner with designers and content creators
· Ensure creative aligns with performance goals
· Evaluate creative based on data, not opinion
· Maintain brand consistency across channels
· Paid Social Integration
· Collaborate on paid media strategy (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Ensure CRM segmentation aligns with paid targeting
· Optimize retargeting loops
· Connect paid activity to downstream pipeline performance
· Analyze CAC, CPL, and conversion impact
· Marketing Operations & Revenue Alignment
· Manage attribution and UTM strategy
· Align marketing metrics to sales pipeline
· Improve Lead → Opportunity → Deal conversion
· Build dashboards that executives trust
· AI & Optimization
· Use AI to improve personalization and segmentation
· Increase automation efficiency
· Identify patterns and performance gaps
· Continuously test and refine
Who You Are
· 3–6 years into your career
· Advanced HubSpot user
· Built workflows and lifecycle programs from scratch
· Comfortable writing strong marketing copy
· Understand paid media mechanics
· Creative thinker with analytical discipline
· Systems-oriented
· Comfortable with ownership
You think in revenue, not activity.
You get excited by improving conversion rates.
