Golden Key Car Rental LLC is looking for a skilled and organized CRM Handling Assistant to manage and maintain our Kommo CRM system. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling Kommo or similar CRM software, ensuring smooth communication with clients and efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily CRM operations using Kommo software

Update and maintain customer records and leads

Assist in automation setup and workflow tracking

Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely updates

Generate reports and assist in performance tracking

Requirements:

Proven experience with Kommo CRM

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Available to work remotely or occasionally on-site in Dubai

Salary:

Based on experience and CRM proficiency
