Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Manager, located in Delhi, India. The CRM Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, implementing CRM strategies, overseeing projects, and improving customer service. The role includes tasks such as market segmentation, communication with various stakeholders, and sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Analytical Skills and Market Segmentation abilities
  • Strong Communication skills and experience in Sales
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the book publishing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
