We are seeking a female CRM Manager with strong computer and system knowledge to manage customer data, CRM operations, and coordination between sales, marketing, and support teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the company’s CRM software (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)
  • Maintain accurate customer records, leads, and follow-up systems
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for lead management
  • Ensure smooth CRM workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports
  • Handle customer data security and system accuracy
  • Train team members on CRM usage when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in CRM / customer operations
  • Strong data handling and reporting skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
