About Us

MPElites Consulting is a growing international advisory firm specializing in tax, corporate finance, and business consulting. We are implementing Bitrix24 as our core platform to manage CRM, project management, and automation across the company.

The Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager with proven expertise in Bitrix24 to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of the platform. This role will be the central point of reference for integrating our business processes into Bitrix24 and training our team to use the system effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Bitrix24 CRM modules.
• Manage migration of data from existing tools (e.g., Monday, ActiveCampaign) into Bitrix24.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across sales, marketing, and customer care.
• Set up workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal users.
• Continuously monitor CRM performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Bitrix24.
• Solid knowledge of CRM, Project Management, and automation modules in Bitrix24.
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into digital processes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience migrating from other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday, ActiveCampaign).
• Official Bitrix24 certifications or training.
• Background in digital transformation or change management.
