1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Track customer preferences, purchase patterns, and feedback to personalize communication.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat purchases.

2. Sales & Customer Insights

  • Analyze customer data to identify buying trends and high-value customers.
  • Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create retention strategies.

3. Loyalty Program Management

  • Manage and grow the brand’s loyalty program.
  • Track points, rewards, and redemptions.
  • Engage customers through personalized offers based on their perfume preferences.

4. Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing CRM email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Segment customers for specific product launches or promotions.
  • Track campaign performance (open rate, conversion rate, retention rate).

5. Customer Service Support

  • Coordinate with retail teams to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly.
  • Collect and record customer feedback from stores and online platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
