1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Track customer preferences, purchase patterns, and feedback to personalize communication.
- Build long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat purchases.
2. Sales & Customer Insights
- Analyze customer data to identify buying trends and high-value customers.
- Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.
- Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create retention strategies.
3. Loyalty Program Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s loyalty program.
- Track points, rewards, and redemptions.
- Engage customers through personalized offers based on their perfume preferences.
4. Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing CRM email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Segment customers for specific product launches or promotions.
- Track campaign performance (open rate, conversion rate, retention rate).
5. Customer Service Support
- Coordinate with retail teams to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly.
- Collect and record customer feedback from stores and online platforms.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
