CRM Manager – Jewellery Industry
We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager with 5–6 years of experience in the jewellery industry. This role combines data-driven CRM management with hands-on customer engagement, ensuring both technical excellence and personalized customer relationship strategies. The CRM Manager will lead the CRM team, optimize modules, and directly contribute to sales growth by nurturing customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analytics
- Extract and analyze customer data to identify buying patterns, preferences, and opportunities.
- Use Power BI, SQL, and Python to generate dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
CRM Leads Management
- Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Track and improve lead-to-sale ratios through structured CRM workflows.
- Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
- Call customers on special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) to strengthen relationships.
- Convert existing customers into repeat buyers through personalized offers and loyalty programs.
- Act as a CRM Coordinator, ensuring smooth execution of customer outreach campaigns.
CRM Module Oversight
- Manage CRM modules to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors for upgrades and system optimization.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the CRM team to achieve sales and retention targets.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Sales Enablement
- Generate CRM-driven sales reports and insights for management.
- Support sales teams with data-backed strategies to boost performance.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of CRM management experience in the jewellery industry.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Proven track record of managing CRM teams and modules.
- Experience in customer engagement strategies (birthday calls, loyalty programs, repeat sales).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
