We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Analytics Specialist to help us build deeper client connections, deliver data-driven insights, and optimize marketing performance across our national brand and franchise locations.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an analytical marketer who is just as comfortable building campaigns as they are mining data for insights. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM (email/SMS) campaigns, monitoring performance, and turning marketing data into actionable recommendations. By leveraging analytics and optimization strategies, you’ll drive engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

CRM (Email & SMS)

  • Write, design, and deploy campaigns using MyTime and/or HubSpot according to CRM strategies.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to evaluate performance.
  • Use CRM analytics to identify patterns, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to drive stronger campaign results.
  • Support franchisees with monthly location-based CRM best practices.

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Mine and analyze data across CRM, digital platforms, and client touchpoints to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations to leadership, agency partners, and franchisees.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and industry trends to guide strategy.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and franchisee support.
  • Collaborate with leadership, agency partners, and franchisees to ensure consistent messaging and results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative, engaging tone.
  • Proficiency in Canva for design, adopting brand guidelines.
  • Experience using MyTime, and HubSpot (or similar CRM tools).

· Comfortable with data mining, analytics platforms, and performance monitoring, and transforming metrics into actionable insights.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of hands-on marketing or analytics experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
