CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist (Real Estate)

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage internal systems, employee onboarding/offboarding processes, CRM administration, and marketing coordination within a real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management

Create and manage employee CRM accounts with correct roles and permissions

Ensure access control (export rights limited to authorized personnel only)

Create and manage communities within the CRM

Assign and reassign leads to sales agents and HR as required

Monitor lead history and track agent activity

Update lead stages and ensure data accuracy

Import lead data and distribute to listing agents

Provide CRM training for new employees

Email & System Administration (Hostinger)

Create and manage professional email accounts for agents

Deactivate email accounts for leaving employees

Maintain email security and password control for higher positions

Onboarding & Offboarding

Onboard new employees into CRM, email systems, and workflows

Train new hires on CRM usage and lead management importance

Handle employee exit process including access removal and lead reassignment

Developer & External Coordination

Assist in developer registrations and maintain updated developer lists

Track status of pending registrations and approvals

Marketing Support

Manage property portal listings and optimize exposure

Handle Meta Ads Manager, Ad Accounts, and Leads Center

Manage Super Agent / True Broker verification processes

Apply for Madhmoun advertising permits

Integrate marketing campaign forms with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
