CRM Operations Coordinator

  • Monitoring and maintaining support on IT solution.
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Supervising and keeping the track on tickets.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Examining and inspecting programs to track technical issues and come up with solution suggestions and/or recommendations.
  • Leads support and guidance to all departments as needed to ensure consistent and smooth system development.
  • Identifying, problem solving, troubleshooting as per the requirement.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
