CRM (Product) Support Specialist

Job Description: we at ScrumAD looking to onboard CRM Support specialists for our DHA 2 , Islamabad branch. it's an on-site Full time Night shift role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

2. Assist users with CRM platform navigation, features, and troubleshooting.

3. Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers to help them use the system effectively.

4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and response quality.

7. Stay updated on CRM features, updates, and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachalor's Degree in Computer Sciences or IT
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in customer support or CRM support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats, emails, and calls simultaneously.
  • Basic technical understanding of CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and helpdesk tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or tech support environments
  • Multitasking in high-volume support environments
