About the role;
We are looking for a CRM Supervisor who can translate customer data into actionable insights and turn those insights into impactful actions that drive business growth. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities, and design testable actions that directly contribute to sales performance across products, brands and campaigns.
What you will do;

Analyze customer, transaction and campaign data to identify commercial opportunities that can drive sales growth, frequency and retention

Translate data-driven insights into actions that improve performance across products, brands and marketing initiatives

Design, execute and optimize targeted CRM actions with a focus on measurable business impact

Create customer segmentations and personalized use cases, including tailored rewards, upsell and cross-sell propositions within the loyalty program

Lead A/B tests and experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses, optimize performance and scale successful ideas

Evaluate results, extract learnings and turn them into next actions that improve future campaigns

Actively collaborate with Brand, Product, Digital Marketing, Analytics teams and agencies, as well as IT teams and CRM agency to ensure insights are embedded into broader marketing activities

Engage with regional and global stakeholders using centrally managed platforms and follow global best practices

Actively shape the CRM infrastructure by working closely with CRM agency and IT teams, identifying gaps and improvement areas to strengthen the overall CRM setup

Use CRM tools and data platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce), including SQL-based analysis when needed, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
What makes you a great fit;

Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM within a digital environment

Excellent communication skills in English

Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset

MS Excel advanced user

Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies

Must possess the ability to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment

Open to change, curious, search and follow market trends in CRM

Strong test & learn mindset and enjoy experimenting to improve sales performance, acquisition efficiency, retention and churn reduction

Curios about how emerging technologies — including AI — can be leveraged to enhance analysis, optimization and decision-making within CRM
