Bgesh is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to support enhancements to our Sales Hub and ATS systems, improve business processes, and deliver meaningful reporting insights through Power BI. The ideal candidate will combine technical configuration skills with strong business analysis capability.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field OR
- 2+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales in a functional or admin role
- Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, Preferred.
- PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant certification, Preferred.
- MB-210: Dynamics 365 Sales certification, Preferred.
- PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst certification, Preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of CRM data structures and system administration
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
- Power Automate or ATS integration experience
- Experience in government contracting environments
DUTIES:
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales Hub (forms, fields, business rules, views, security roles)
- Support CRM process improvements and workflow optimization
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports using Dataverse and CRM data
- Support system testing, data validation, and quality improvements
- Train users and provide ongoing application support
- Assist with ATS enhancements and integrations
- Other Duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE & PAY:
- 40hrs a week Monday-Friday.
- On Call as needed.
- NEGOTIABLE PAY based on capabilities and scope
