From designing high-energy live demos to producing sleek video content and troubleshooting system performance, you will be the go-to expert for all things CRM and marketing automation.

Training & Customer Success:

  • Create, promote, and facilitate dynamic training sessions via live demonstrations, recorded videos, and written resources.

  • Lead the transition for new branches, ensuring their CRM accounts are perfectly tailored to their unique business needs.

  • Analyze monthly attendance and feedback data to identify trends, improve engagement, and boost knowledge retention.

  • Maintain a library of accurate, relevant training content, transforming complex technical workflows into easy-to-digest video formats.

  • Drive CRM adoption through creative internal campaigns, incentives, and gamification strategies.

Marketing & CRM Support:

  • Act as the primary liaison between end-users and vendors to monitor system performance and resolve site issues.

  • Provide exceptional assistance to branch and corporate employees via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

  • Manage account setups and administrative tasks within Total Expert to ensure the platform runs at peak efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 2+ years in a marketing support role, specifically within the mortgage or sales industry.
