CRMA w/ PSS or CNA (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our Caribou home. This position requires dual certification as either a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Position Details:

• Hours: 24 hours per week
• Schedule:
  • 1 Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
  • 1 Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
• Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care

Qualifications:

• Active 40-hour CRMA certification required
• Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
