CRO (Customer Relation Officer)

Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and document all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and gather testimonials or reviews when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree .
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations.

Job Location : Trivandrum

Pay :12k to 15k

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
