Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
· Focus: Building and maintaining relationships with individual customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Welcoming and engaging customers to understand their preferences.
o Maintaining customer profiles, including purchase history and special occasions.
o Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction.
o Handling customer queries, feedback, and service requests.
o Coordinating with sales, repair, and production teams.
o Assisting with loyalty programs, promotions, and customer events.
o Resolving customer complaints and issues.
· Additional Responsibilities (Depending on the company):
o Acquiring new customers.
o Managing showroom activities and operations.
o Building connections with institutions for business growth.
o Assisting with sales transactions and inventory.
· Focus: Overarching strategy to maximize revenue through all departments.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Leading sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.
o Developing and implementing revenue strategies and goals.
o Managing forecasting, pipeline, and pricing models.
o Aligning all revenue-generating departments to work cohesively.
o Overseeing go-to-market (GTM) planning.
o Defining key performance metrics for revenue generation.
o Managing strategic partnerships and channel development.
o Reporting on revenue performance to the CEO or board.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 9 per week
