Cross Functional Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cross-Functional Project Manager, to lead and coordinate projects across multiple departments, including Marketing, Content, Design, PPC, SEO, and Social Media. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge communication gaps, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in fast-paced, client-centric environments, particularly within marketing and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Marketing, Content, SEO, PPC, and Strategy) to align deliverables with client goals and agency standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficiency.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across departments.
• Ensure all project outcomes align with Market Pro’s commitment to innovation, creativity, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven project management experience within a marketing agency, B2B, or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and creative production.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
