Job Purpose
The Cross-Sell Analytics team is responsible for driving incremental revenue and customer engagement through data-driven cross-sell strategies and campaign performance optimization. The primary responsibility involves identifying opportunities within the existing customer base to offer relevant products, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires leveraging analytics to design, monitor, and refine cross-sell initiatives aligned with the company’s annual operating plan and growth objectives.

Cross-Sell Opportunity Identification:
Analyze customer portfolio to discover segments and cohorts with high propensity for additional products, using predictive models and behavioral insights.

Campaign Analytics:
Track and monitor campaign performance across channels (email, SMS, digital) to measure effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.

Strategy Development:
Collaborate with business, marketing, and product teams to design targeted cross-sell campaigns and recommend interventions for improving uptake.

Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate underperforming campaigns or segments and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Performance Reporting:
Develop dashboards and MIS for campaign performance, customer engagement, and revenue impact.

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with senior stakeholders across risk, credit, business, and marketing to align cross-sell strategies with organizational goals.
