Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions: Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their current services and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products, such as internet upgrades, mobile plans, or bundled services (e.g., TV, home phone, internet)
