About the Role

• Primary Location: 2620 N Halsted st
• Flexibility: Must be available to work at 539 South Dearborn St as well
• Job Type: Full-time with a dynamic schedule that guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Support:
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed
• Take x-rays, perform coronal polishing, and take dental impressions
• Assist with sterilization and uphold infection control protocols
• Provide post-operative instructions and manage inventory
• Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
• Check patients in and out upon arrival and departure
• Scan documents and collect patient information as needed
• Schedule follow-up appointments and answer incoming phone calls
• In rare cases, assist with insurance verification on Saturdays
• Record Management & Office Maintenance:
• Help update and maintain accurate patient dental records
• Support the front desk with appointment confirmations and general administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting
• Proven versatility with cross-training in both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Strong familiarity with dental instruments and modern dental practices
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A proactive, flexible approach to work
• Certification as a Dental Assistant is preferred, though motivated and skilled individuals are encouraged to apply
