CrowdStrike AI Security Engineer

Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer Remote Healthcare Client

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of overall software development experience, including 6+ years of hands-on ML engineering with proven track record of delivering production-grade ML systems (prior to 2023). The ideal candidate should have a strong data science background and expertise in building and deploying end-to-end ML/AI solutions.

The role requires proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch/TensorFlow), along with solid experience in MLOps practices such as model tracking (MLflow), model serving (FastAPI, TorchServe, vLLM), CI/CD, and observability.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen), RAG architectures , vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and classical ML techniques (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, time series).

You will own end-to-end ML/AI projects , including problem definition, data pipelines, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.

The role also involves building agentic workflows , ensuring system reliability, and continuously improving performance through monitoring and optimization.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as an independent contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams are essential.

Experience in fine-tuning smaller language models (SLMs) and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
