CrowdStrike Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of a cloud-based Snowflake data platform and associated business intelligence solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, onboard new data sources, and build efficient data pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-based data solutions
• Support platform administration and data onboarding activities
• Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data solutions
• Map and integrate data from multiple sources into the data platform
• Troubleshoot data ingestion and pipeline issues
• Support business intelligence and reporting solutions
• Assist in developing and executing quality assurance protocols

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake data platform
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (SQL Server or similar)
• Strong experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS) and relational databases
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and/or PowerShell
• Understanding of RESTful APIs (development and integration)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting solutions
• Familiarity with database design and optimization
• Experience with SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, or similar tools
• Experience in healthcare data or informatics (preferred)
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in cloud environments
