Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage CrowdStrike Falcon alerts, detections, and notifications.
- Analyze potential malicious files and suspicious endpoint behavior.
- Handle quarantine actions and validate safe recovery of affected systems.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution.
- Validate backups, perform test restores, and ensure recovery readiness.
- Conduct testing of quarantine workflows, alert notifications, and recovery procedures.
- Document incidents, test results, and operational procedures clearly.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or endpoint security operations.
- Hands‑on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (alerts, detections, quarantines).
- Knowledge of DR planning, backup processes, and recovery testing.
- Ability to analyze malicious files and endpoint threats.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic incident response workflows and endpoint security practices.
