CrowdStrike Engineer

Position: Platform Engineer Location: Remote Hiring Mode: 12+ Month s Contract Job Description: A CrowdStrike Resident Falcon Platform Engineer provides dedicated assistance with the installation, configuration and maintenance of the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform as follows:

• Provides guidance in deployment, configuration and maintenance of the Falcon Platform to facilitate rapid, widespread protection of endpoints and workloads
• Optimizes the Falcon Platform according to CrowdStrike and industry standard practices
• Troubleshoots and discovers answers regarding the operation of the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform and CrowdStrike Tools Service Objectives

The CrowdStrike Resident Falcon Platform Technologist will work with Customer to determine tasks or goals on which to focus during the engagement and to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed throughout the engagement. Successful completion of said tasks is reliant on Customer to provide needed resources, tooling, direction, etc. in a timely manner.

Below are some example tasks/goals that the resident may work on upon mutual agreement.

• Assists with technology implementation, onboarding, configuration and integration
• Performs administration, monitoring, maintaining and reporting using CrowdStrike technology
• Provides support for testing Falcon against Customer s non-production replication of production environment for different operating systems
• Acts as first point of contact to Customer for CrowdStrike related items, requests and issues
• Operates CrowdStrike technology activities, such as onboarding and account opening processes as well as coordinates Customer requests as agreed in writing
• Reviews current Falcon Platform environment to address any performance and security objectives
• Optimizes, configures, and tests CrowdStrike technology deployment to assist with lower false- positive rates and improved prevention capability
• Leverages the CrowdStrike Platform to monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
