Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cruise Manager role located in New Cairo. The Cruise Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and smooth coordination with team members and partners. Responsibilities include managing cruise schedules, optimizing customer experiences, addressing client inquiries, and fostering a collaborative environment. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales efforts, and upholding company standards in every aspect of operations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in operations management, team coordination, and logistics planning
  • Skills in customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, particularly cruise operations, is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for planning and communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
