Hiring: Cruise Sales Expert (Inside Sales) – Gurgaon Location

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Cruise Sales Expert with 1+ year of experience in inside sales to join our growing team in Gurgaon. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the travel industry, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce cruise packages, generate interest, and close sales over the phone.

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cruise options.

Provide accurate and updated information about products and services to handle inquiries effectively.

Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and new offerings.

Follow up with warm leads and customers showing interest.

Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-learning.

Prepare regular reports on calls, conversions, and performance metrics.

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of cruise products and industry trends.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build customer rapport over the phone.

Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.

Time management and organizational abilities to manage high call volumes.

Additional Information

Full-time position with rotational week off.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader/Manager.
