Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Crusher Plant Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain crushing equipment at our quarry sites, ensuring efficient production of crushed stone and aggregate materials. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge, and safety procedures will drive the success of our operations while supporting the growth of our company.

Duties

• Operate crusher plant machinery safely and efficiently, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screening equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on crushing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor material feed rates and adjust settings to meet production targets
• Assist with loading and unloading raw materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and safety checks
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times during operations
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs or fabrication as needed

Experience

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as crushers, forklifts, loaders, or concrete mixers in a construction or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively
• Familiarity with fabrication, machining, welding, and concrete finishing is a plus
• Warehouse experience or background in construction projects enhances your suitability for this role
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing processes is advantageous
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
