Location: Palm Harbor, FL

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: 20–36 hours per week (2–4 days); flexible scheduling within operating hours

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday 9:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Compensation: $14.00–$17.00 per hour (1099)(starting at approximately $16/hour), plus tips, commissions, and performance-based incentives. Significant opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Position Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic Cryotherapy Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with an interest in health, fitness, and wellness who is eager to develop a rewarding career. No prior cryotherapy experience is required—we provide comprehensive in-house training.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a positive, energetic attitude and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Administer cryotherapy and related services, including whole-body cryotherapy, Aspen laser, green laser, cryoslimming, InvisaRed and emerging modalities.

• Set up clients on equipment and guide them through sessions safely and effectively.

• Educate clients on the benefits of services and recommend appropriate treatment packages.

• Process sales transactions, maintain accurate client and sales records.

• Answer phone inquiries, perform administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, follow-up calls with leads).

• Keep the facility clean, organized and presentable at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.

• Confident and comfortable with sales; prior sales experience is a plus.

• Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients improve their health and appearance.

• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.

• Excellent team player who can also work independently.

• Flexible availability, including Saturdays

• Professional demeanor and reliability.
