Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Crypto Creative Designer to own our visual identity across video, social media and web. You'll work closely with the founding team to create content that drives community growth, hype and conversions.

This is a remote, contract position with the potential to grow into a long-term role as we scale.

Responsibilities

Design and produce short-form hype videos (30–60 seconds) for product announcements, campaigns and social media

Create social media graphics and banners for Twitter/X, Telegram and Discord

Produce website visuals and graphic assets as needed

Maintain brand consistency across all content

Deliver content on tight deadlines aligned with campaign and launch timelines

Collaborate directly with the founding team using creative briefs

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent)

Strong graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop or equivalent)

Portfolio demonstrating work for crypto, Web3 or tech brands

Understanding of the crypto/DeFi space and its visual culture

Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Fast turnaround — we move quickly

Nice to Have

Experience designing for token launches or DeFi projects

Familiarity with Galxe, Discord or Telegram community content

Experience creating content that drives community growth and engagement
