Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Crypto Product Content Lead to lead the strategy, creation, and management of product-related content for our cryptocurrency platform. This role will focus on creating clear, engaging, and educational content that helps users understand our products, features, and services across the crypto ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, trading platforms, and digital assets, along with experience in content strategy and product communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Content Strategy

• Develop and manage the overall content strategy for crypto products and features.
• Ensure all product content aligns with brand voice and business goals.

Product Documentation & Guides

• Create and maintain product documentation including:
• Feature guides
• Help center articles
• Tutorials
• FAQs
• Release notes

User Education

• Simplify complex crypto concepts such as DeFi, staking, wallets, trading, NFTs, and blockchain technology for different user segments.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity.

Content Leadership

• Manage and mentor content writers and editors.
• Review and approve all product-related content before publishing.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
• Identify keyword opportunities related to crypto products.

Product Launch Support

• Create content for new product launches, feature updates, and token listings.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and improve based on data insights.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Product Content, or Product Marketing
• 3+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industry
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience working with CMS platforms and SEO tools
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple user-friendly content

Level of studies:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Journalism, Marketing or similar

Language Requirements

Fluent in English
