CS Executive - Pursuing opening in IBC

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Liquidation & CIRP precedents

Familiar with IBC Act & regulations

Invitation & Verification of Claims

Conducting CoC/SSC meetings, preparation of notices & minutes

Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally & Accounting

Filing of GST & TDS

Assisting seniors in IBC-related work

Team player with a positive & proactive attitude

Pay: ₹10,173.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
