You can be a part of our wonderful team! Navicore Solutions currently has open positions for a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Service Department. This is a full-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.
Shifts: M-F: 11:30-8pm-EST.
Training Shift: M-Thurs: 8:30 - 7pm-EST.
Training dates: 4.13.26 - 5.6.26
$17.41 per hour.
What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?
Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients on their journey towards eliminating their debt and achieving financial stability. Your main responsibilities promptly responding to incoming calls; understanding clients’ needs and taking appropriate actions to address their inquiries or requests effectively and efficiently.
