CS & Sales Executive (On-Site)

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team at our facility in Mehran Town, Korangi. This is an on-site role for a high-end fashion brand where you will be the primary point of contact for our International clients.

Key Responsibilities

• WhatsApp Management: Handle all incoming customer inquiries, orders, and support via WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
• Sales Conversion: Assist customers in selecting the right pieces, providing detailed product information to drive sales.
• Voice Support: Conduct phone calls with clients to confirm orders or resolve queries. Excellent spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Order Coordination: Ensure all customer requirements (including custom sizing) are correctly recorded and passed to the production team.

Requirements

• Communication: Must be highly fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Mehran Town, Korangi, Karachi.
• Education: A background in Marketing or Business (BBA preferred) is an advantage.
• Professionalism: Experience in handling luxury or high-end retail clients is a plus.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PKR per month.
• Location: Mehran Town, Korangi.
