We are seeking a results-driven Customer Services Executive with a strong background in Real Estate to handle Customer Services operations. The ideal candidate will play povital role in this domain, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

- Greeting Strategy: Follow discribed protocols to achieve Customer Excellence objectives.

- Customer Leadership: Always standing as face value of company, while fostering a culture of world class experience.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify retention opportunities.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with bookes members, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the Real Estate sector.

- Services Performance Monitoring: Analyze services performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

-Minimum 3–4 years of customer services in experience in REAL ESTATE.

- Strong understanding of Real Estate Project dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team runner skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software..
