We are seeking a results-driven Customer Services Floor In-Charge with a strong background in Reputed Real Estate Group to lead Customer Services operations. The ideal candidate will lead in this domain, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

End To End Customer Services

All over Submission Operations

Cross Functional Coordination with Sales Partners

Complaints Resolution

Obtain Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting

Data Analysis

Hands-on ERP operating experience

Fluent in English,Urdu

- Obtain World Class Customer Experience

- Customer Leadership: Always standing as face value of company, while fostering a culture of world class experience.

- Market Analysis: Adopt market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify retention opportunities.

- Lead Client Relationships: Lead strong relationships with bookes members, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the Real Estate sector.

- Lead Services Performance Monitoring: Analyze services performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Lead & Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

-Minimum 4–5 years of customer services in experience in REAL ESTATE.

- Strong understanding of Real Estate Project dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team runner skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software..
