We are Hiring CSM (Customer Support & Modification Engineer) for our residential construction company.

Experience required : 2 to 4 Yrs

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complaints and coordinate with various teams.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on quality and timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
