We help elite contractors:

  • Generate inspection opportunities
  • Secure vendor packet approvals
  • Build real relationships with onsite managers
  • Create recurring service revenue instead of chasing random jobs

We work with one contractor per trade per city.No overlap. No vendor chaos. No race to the bottom.

We are launching Dallas Metro and hiring a Territory Lead to build and manage this market.

The Role

This is a hybrid role:

Phase 1: Sales & Market DevelopmentPhase 2: Client Success & Territory Leadership

You will start in a performance-driven, enrollment-heavy role, then transition into long-term account leadership.

Phase 1 – Market Builder (Sales-Focused)

You will:

  • Identify and recruit qualified contractors across 41 multifamily trades
  • Educate business owners on our exclusive partnership model
  • Close new contractor clients into Wolfpack
  • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams
  • Build the Dallas Metro territory foundation

This stage is activity-driven and sales-heavy.

If you are uncomfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, or closing business, this role is not the right fit.

Phase 2 – Client Success & Market Leadership

Once your territory is established, you transition into:

  • Managing contractor relationships long-term
  • Conducting monthly performance reviews
  • Monitoring inspection opportunity generation
  • Coaching contractors on how to properly serve property managers
  • Maintaining 90%+ retention
  • Representing Wolfpack at Apartment Association events

You move from hunter to strategic operator.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years as an onsite Property Manager (multifamily required)
  • Direct vendor management experience
  • Strong understanding of budgets and operations
  • Comfortable leading business conversations
  • Highly organized and accountable

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60 - 78,000 annuallyPaid weekly via direct deposit

Client Onboarding Commission:$1,000 per client onboarded (capped at 3 per week for quality control)

Monthly Revenue Share:10% of revenue share collected on accounts up to $100K/month20% of revenue share collected on accounts exceeding $100K/month
