Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR. The CSR will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, communicating with them about products, services, and resolving queries. The CSR will escalate issues to the management, follow-up on customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skils
  • Positive attitude and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus in Business Administration or related field
