CSR

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Final Expense Insurance Campaign. The ideal candidate will assist prospective clients, answer inquiries regarding Final Expense insurance plans, verify customer information, schedule appointments for licensed agents when required, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Educate customers about Final Expense insurance products and answer general inquiries.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Follow up with prospective customers as required.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily and monthly performance and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Final Expense Insurance campaign or call center is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve performance goals.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. insurance campaigns is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Final Expense insurance products and customer handling.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior customers.
