CSR Agent (Call Sales Representative, Night Shift, Onsite)

Develop Together Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with The Beekeeper’s Honey Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our dedicated team of 3–5 professionals. Unlike a typical call center, this role focuses on building meaningful client connections and promoting a digital service, not running bulk campaigns.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and can confidently pitch offers and discounts over outbound calls, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to U.S.-based clients and promote our digital product.
• Communicate offers, discounts, and product benefits with clarity and confidence.
• Convert conversations into successful sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Follow structured scripts and company guidelines while adding a personal touch.
• Handle client queries efficiently and provide professional support.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree required)
• Experience: At least 6 months in a Sales / Customer Support role
• Strong English communication skills (U.S. accent highly preferred)
• Ability to confidently manage outbound client calls with professionalism
• Must be able to commute daily and work the night shift

Salary & Perks

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 (Performance-based growth opportunities)
