Job Description
The Logic Design is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR – Business Development Executive for our Arabic Campaign, preferably with prior experience in Dubai-based markets. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing Services.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, converting prospects, and building lasting relationships with international (UAE/Dubai) clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Arabic-speaking clients (UAE/Dubai region).
• Promote and explain company digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development, Branding, etc.) to potential clients.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business deals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements & Skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) – mandatory.
• Prior experience as CSR / Business Development Executive for Arabic clients, preferably in a Dubai-based campaign.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Services and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
