Strive Bpo is based in Rawalpindi and is hiring experienced Outbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work.

Job responsibilities include:

• Answering Outbound calls.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
• Explain ACA health insurance benefits in a simple and clear manner
• Identify customer eligibility based on income, household size, and age
• Handle objections professionally and manage different customer behaviors (including screamers)
• Follow DNC (Do Not Call) and TCPA compliance procedures
• Accurately collect and document customer information in CRM
• Transfer qualified and interested customers to the Verifier or Enrollment team
• Maintain call quality, conversion targets, and compliance standards

Requirements for the job:

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English)
• A minimum of 02 years Call Center experience.
• People with previous experience of a ACA/MEDICARE Campaign will be preferred.
• Excellent skills in Customer Management.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solving approach.
• Shift timings are mostly night shifts

Agents will be trained. Training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.

Job Types: Full-time (7:20PM-4:45AM)
