CSR Call Center Job

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Medicare & ACA campaign.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Call center or healthcare experience (min: 6 months preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls related to Medicare & ACA
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and eligibility questions
  • Transfer calls to licensed agents when required
  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and accurate records

Location: On-site
Shift: Night Shift-Full-time (7:00pm-4:40am)

Ability to commute:

  • Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute (Required)

  • 3rd Floor, Above Bank Alfalah, Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 12:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
