CSR- Calling Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Calling Agent – Sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining exceptional communication standards and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Clearly present and promote company products/services
• Generate, qualify, and close sales leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and sales processes
• Address customer queries professionally and effectively

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Prior sales or call center experience is preferred (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
